1. General

• The Site is operated by SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. and all rights thereto are owned and reserved by SACO AEI Polymers, Inc.
• The Site made available and the software made available on this Site are provided to the User “as is” and without guarantees or representations of any kind (express or implied) or any liability to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Except in case of willful misconduct, SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages that have been caused by or in connection with the use of the Site. In any case SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. shall not be responsible for and disclaims any liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential and special damages, that have been caused by or in connection with the use of this Site.
• Any product information or other information published via the Site is given to the best of SACO AEI Polymers, Inc.’s knowledge. All information shall not, however, as far as legally permissible, create any guarantee or representation of any kind or any liability of SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. and shall not relieve the User from undertaking its own investigations and tests.
• Without liability whatsoever, SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. may, without notice, modify and/or discontinue operation of all or portions of this Site at any time in its sole discretion, and assumes no responsibility to update the Site.

2. Privacy Policy

• We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the pages you visit(ed). We will not sell your information to anyone.  

3. Security

• Links to third-party sites (“Hyperlinks”) do not constitute an endorsement of such third-party sites by SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. and SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. is not responsible for the availability of these sites or their contents. The hyperlinking to these sites is at the User’s own risk.
• Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.

4. Shipping/Delivery

• Shipping will be based on a fixed rate, determined by SACO AEI based on UPS rates to different regions of the US, Mexico and Canada. A customer will have the option of using their own shipping account or provider and must provide this information at the time they place the order.
• Once placed with the Shipper, SACO AEI has no other obligation for delivery other than to provide a tracking number to the customer.
• If you are trying to make an estimate of a delivery date, please note the following:
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Cancellation Policy

• An estimate of delivery date will be made and communicated to the customer once the order is entered. When SACO –AEI makes the determination that the material is in stock or needs to be ordered, a date will be sent to the customer, who may then cancel the order. This is the only time a cancellation is allowed and must be made prior to shipment.

6. Refunds

• Once the User has rendered payment all sales are deemed final with no refunds issued.

7. Returns

• Once the User has rendered payment all sales are deemed final with no returns permitted.
• The user agrees that any disposal for any product purchased on the SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. website will be done in a lawful manner at an approved waste handling facility licensed to dispose of the purchased product.

8. Website Use

• SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the website at any time without prior notification. SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. may change, discontinue, or otherwise suspend the SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. website at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice to the user.
• SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. may terminate the user account or use of the SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. website at any time for any reason, including, without limitation breach of these Terms of Use,

9. Product Warranty

• SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, guarantees or conditions with respect to products or services sold on the SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. website.  All products sold on the SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. website are sold, and the user’s purchase and use are at the user’s own risk.   SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. provides products on an “as is” basis “with all faults” and “as available.”  The user assumes the entire risk as to their quality and performance. Should they prove defective, the user assumes the entire cost of all necessary service, repair, and lawful disposal. SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information available from the SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. website, to the extent permitted under the user’s local law, SACO AEI Polymers, Inc. excludes any implied warranties, including for merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title, and non-infringement. The user may have certain rights under the user’s local law. Nothing in this contract is intended to affect those rights, if they are applicable.

10. Claims

• Any claims or suits associated with the Site or its use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
