Because of its particle form, it is easy to be added in the production process, ultra high molecular weight polysiloxane has better dispersion and more convenient process. Due to its standard particle form, it is suitable for directly injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles. It can improve the processing fluidity of plastic products, reduce torque and enhance production efficiency. It can also effectively improve the surface gloss when extrusion, reduce die buildup, enhance surface smoothness and touch feel, improve the mold filling ability and mold release properties. With low migration and no exudation, it will not affect printing and coating properties. Javachem GT-355 can be used with all known additives, and being used together with fillers can promote the dispersion of fillers.
