Functional Organic Black Masterbatch

Functional organic black masterbatches are different from traditional black masterbatches as they are based on aniline black instead of carbon black. The aniline black is the most deeply black, blue, and transparent of all dyes. 

They're used in injection molding extrusion and fiber applications, and they're especially suited for glass fiber reinforced nylon. This gives the surface a piano black texture while maintaining hue, stability, and heat resistance.

• Based on organic dye, the functional organic black masterbatch has good compatibility with the nylon base polymer. 
• You get a high-gloss blackness and strong coloring ability. 
• Improves the surface of GF reinforced parts.
• No influence on mechanical and electrical properties or CTI. When looking into the CTI curves, you see that the organic black master match is more stable, and has a higher heat resistance than the carbon black.
