Phlamoon 1090A 75MB is a new masterbatch version of Phlamoon 1090A Non-Halogen Flame Retardant. It is manufactured by the Suli Group in China and exclusively distributed in North America by SACO AEI Polymers Distribution.
This state-of-the-art masterbatch is an intumescent flame retardant additive based on a phosphorous nitrogen compound. The main feature of Phlamoon 1090A 75MB is the thermal stability, stable up to 270 degrees Celsius/ 518 degrees Fahrenheit.
Because of its thermal stability, it can safely be compounded in polypropylene, which is typically processed around up to 230 degrees Celsius.
