Benefits of Processing Support

Introducing the new virtual processing support services from SACO AEI Polymers. We have always offered in-person processing support to our customers with any issue they may experience or trial solutions they might need. Application Development Leaders (ADL) are designated for each customer. Having SACO engineers in the plant allows for real-time advice and quick changes to improve processing and optimize processing conditions. 

COVID-19 and Travel Restrictions 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, SACO AEI Polymers has suspended all employee travel. Safety is our highest priority, so in an effort to keep our employees and our customers safe, we are limiting in-person contact as much as possible. As a result, the virtual processing support was implemented. 

Virtual Support Overview 

In order to continue to the highest level of support for our customer, the SACO team have invested in tablets that can be used by customers to connect virtually from the plant floor. 

What to Expect During Your Virtual Trial

Pre-Trial

• If you choose to use one of our devices, you will receive an iPad in the mail with login instructions included. 
• A meeting will be set up prior to the trial day in order to discuss the details of the run. 

Day Of

• An all-day meeting will be set up via Microsoft Teams, allowing your employees to log in and out at any time with questions or updates throughout the run. 
• A SACO AEI AD, with assistance from your employees, to document every detail of the process. 

Post-Trial 

• A follow-up meeting will be scheduled to discuss any testing results from the trial run and assign any further actions.  
• If you borrowed one of the SACO AEI devices, you will use the return label included with the tablet to send it back to SACO AEI.
